Arnold Ng, MBA, CCIM represented a private seller in completing a $4.1 million dollar deal with a fellow CCIM from Mid Wilshire area who represented a buyer, a large, established and fast growing accounting firm seeking to consolidate offices.
The purchase of the office condominium in Torrance, Ca. was facilitated because of the high level of ethics and professionalism of a two CCIM’s representing their client’s interest. A short term lease back from the previous seller was part of the negotiated terms of the transaction.
