Apex Commercial and Arnold Ng attend Los Angeles Economic Development to understanding local governments strategies for changing environments and implications for commercial real estate property owners and investors.

Apex was one of the few commercial real estate companies in attendance, participating in events with City Mayors, local Economic Development Managers and also Planning Directors for the purposes of building relationships and connections which will help clients in the future.

The 88 Cities Summit is an annual event organized by the Los Angeles County Economic Development Corporation (LAEDC) to foster collaboration among the 88 cities and unincorporated areas of Los Angeles County. The 2025 summit took place on March 19 at the Torrance Cultural Arts Center, bringing together city leaders, economic development professionals, and key stakeholders to discuss regional economic challenges and solutions

The summit emphasized the importance of public-private partnerships and regional cooperation in driving economic growth, workforce development, and business attraction.
