Habitat Finds New Home in Bellflower

Habitat for Humanity new location in Bellflower

New property will serve as corporate headquarters

Bellflower, CA. Habitat for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles closed escrow on their new corporate headquarters, a 85,286 square foot facility on over 3 acres of prime land. The site will also serve as Habitat’s training facility, administrative offices, center of excellence, and as a ReStore – Habitat’s nonprofit home improvement store. This strategic location is in the heart of the City of Bellflower’s commercial district and central to the affiliate’s service area. Volunteers, homeowners and customers of RESTORE will have ideal access to Habitat’s corporate offices, with greater parking and accessibility than Habitat’s previous location.  There will be over 70 full time positions in this location. Arnold Ng of Apex Commercial represented Habitat in the extensive negotiations for the acquisition of this site.
