This new location will be the site of a new ReStore to receive donations and to provide a convenient, attractive and strategically located retail store to raise awareness and funds to help families by giving a “hand up” not a “hand out” through decent affordable housing.
This very well-known location was previously a dealership for a top brand in the motorcycle industry and has an extensive history of serving customers in the South Bay going back to 1948 when it originally was a market. The five parcels are all connected and offer a corner location, excellent zoning and superior visibility to increase the awareness of the need for housing in the Greater Los Angeles area.
