
Habitat for Humanity, Greater Los Angeles ReStore recently acquires a 26,458 square feet building on five parcels of land totalling 36,724 square feet in Harbor City in the iconic PCH Highway 1 location close to all major South Bay Cities, including Torrance, Lomita, Palos Verdes, Wilmington, San Pedro and adjacent to the Kaiser Harbor City location. This new location will be the site of a new ReStore to receive donations and to provide a convenient, attractive and strategically located retail store to raise awareness and funds to help families by giving a “hand up” not a “hand out” through decent affordable housing.
This very well-known location was previously a dealership for a top brand in the motorcycle industry and has an extensive history of serving customers in the South Bay going back to 1948 when it originally was a market. The five parcels are all connected and offer a corner location, excellent zoning and superior visibility to increase the awareness of the need for housing in the Greater Los Angeles area.
